Great leaders inspire greatness in others

While I don’t usually quote Star Wars, I have a son who is very interested in Clone Wars and couldn’t notice the title of the episode – it’s the same title as this blog post. Being intrigued by the title, I paid attention to the episode itself. Even if you are not a Star Wars fan or a watcher of Clone Wars most people know about Yoda. The short green guy who can float and teaches others.

Yoda is the leader of the Jedi. He is a leader in all aspects of the word – he teaches, coaches, ask others for their ideas, explains himself, accepts responsibility, is accountable and is not afraid to “roll up his sleeves”.

Think of the leaders who inspire you? Who are they? How do they inspire you? What makes them leaders?
