I know when people think of coaching they think of one-on-one time with a person discussing what they want they want to achieve and how to get their. In the traditional sense this is true but I propose a variation. Coaching to include training, developing goals, delivering expectations, on-the-spot and long-term. Before your head starts spinning out of control let me explain.

I am broadening the definition to include all aspects of one-on-one communication with your employee, subordinate, peer, associate or whatever term you use.
